April 2019 Blois achieved a milestone of "two years no loss time", this is the second time in our companies history that we have achieved this milestone. Blois Construction’s “Stand Tall” program is about recognizing crews and individuals for standing up speaking out and not willing to walk by a hazard without bring it to light or fixing it before a team member is injured. Work plan training was held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 for our superintendent/foreman. Training was lead by Paul Stout of Power Summit. Examples were used to stress the importance of the pre-planning in our work environment.
