
Dave Mirones has been with Blois Construction for more than 25 years. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo majoring in Construction Management, 1995. Dave Mirones began his construction career out of High School working in the trades until a slowdown in the industry. Where he applied and was accepted to Cal Poly. After Graduating from University, he accepted a position with Cushman Contracting Corporation as a project engineer working on major wastewater reclamation facilities throughout California. After completing a facility in the Ventura County area for a local District, he liked the area and decided to stay. He began his career at Blois as a Project Engineer but within a very short period, his talents led him to be promoted to Project Manager.
Currently, Dave Mirones is functioning as a Vice President focused on Construction and Operations. His experience has grown with Blois focusing on some of our most difficult and complex projects, with an emphasis on Design/Build. Dave has always had a keen interest in the Design-Build alternative delivery method. Its aspect of collaboration between Design and Construction has always interested him and he is currently certified as a Practitioner with the Design-Build Institute of America, since 2018.
