We are pleased to announce Ayaz Uddin has joined Blois Construction Inc., a leading heavy civil company in Ventura County, as a \u00a0Division Manager to help lead and manage the growth and future success of the company. Ayaz is currently an Orange County resident and has lived, studied and worked in the southern California region for over twenty-two years. Mr. Uddin studied Construction Engineering at California Polytechnic State University Pomona.<\/p>\n
Ayaz brings more than 16 years of experience and construction expertise. Previously, Ayaz worked at mid-size to international General Contractors. Having occupied a multitude of construction roles from Engineer, Superintendent, Senior Project Manager and most recently Area Manager, Ayaz has executed a number of unique and exciting projects from the perspective of both client and general contractor. Some of his past notable projects include the Owens Lake Dust Mitigation Project PH IX\/X with a contract value of $240M as well as providing oversight and sponsorship on midscale projects ranging from $15-$90M in value. Additionally, Mr. Uddin has lead or been part of large scale DOT, Dams and pipeline projects ranging from $20M to $700M in values.<\/p>\n
In his new role at Blois Construction, Inc., Ayaz will contribute to the preconstruction and operational efforts for some of our most complex projects and pursuits in Los Angeles area, as well as join executive leadership in the strategic planning efforts. \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Ayaz to our team.
