Craig Glastetter, P.E., as President
OXNARD, Calif. — Blois Construction, a leading heavy civil contractor specializing in underground utilities, water, and infrastructure projects across Southern California, today announced that Craig Glastetter has been appointed President, effective April 13th, 2026. In this role, Glastetter will be responsible for guiding the company’s vision, driving its strategic growth plan, and overseeing safe, high-quality project delivery for public and private clients.
A respected leader with nearly three decades of experience in the Southern California construction industry, Glastetter brings a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects while fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, safety, and operational excellence. He is widely recognized for his ability to align stakeholders, including public agencies, owners, design teams, and subcontractors, to achieve successful project outcomes. Glastetter holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with honors from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Engineering from EPF Ecole d'Ingénieurs in Paris. He is a licensed California professional civil engineer and general engineering contractor, with additional certifications in structural concrete, general building, and safety.

Throughout his career, Glastetter has led multidisciplinary teams on some of the region’s most complex infrastructure projects, including the LAX Midfield Satellite Concourse and Consolidated Rent-A-Car (ConRAC) facility, and the soon-to-be-opened Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift attraction at Universal Studios. His experience spans civil, structural, and general contracting scopes, with a strong emphasis on design-build delivery.
An active leader within the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), Glastetter has contributed to advancing best practices in integrated project delivery. He is a certified DBIA professional and a trusted advisor known for navigating multi-billion dollar contracts, mitigating risk, and driving value through innovation and teamwork.
As President, Glastetter will strengthen Blois Construction’s organization by developing high-performing teams and reinforcing its role as a trusted partner. He will drive operational excellence across all projects, prioritizing quality and safety, and position the company for strategic growth by pursuing larger opportunities.
