Founded in 1965 by Bob Blois, Blois Construction has grown into one of Southern California’s premier heavy civil contractors. Headquartered in Oxnard, California, we specialize in sewer, water, storm drains, pump stations, and other critical infrastructure projects. Serving both public and private sectors, we have specialized in managing highly complex, large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
