Dave Mirones, Vice President of Operations

Dave Mirones has been with Blois Construction for over 25 years. He began working in the trades right out of high school before earning a degree in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He launched his professional career as a Project Engineer with Cushman Contracting, where he worked on major wastewater reclamation facilities across California. After completing a facility in Ventura County for a local District, he decided to call the Central Coast home and soon joined Blois, quickly advancing from Project Engineer to Project Manager. Now, serving as Vice President of Construction and Operations, Dave leads some of Blois’s most complex projects, with a focus on Design-Build. He is a certified Design-Build Professional (DBIA) and passionate about collaborative project delivery.
