Mike Franz

Mike is a results-driven executive with extensive experience in finance, operations management, information technology, risk management, and human resources across a wide range of industries. He has a proven ability to streamline business operations, integrate acquisitions, and restructure organizations that drive growth, boost efficiency, and increase profitability. Most recently, Mike retired from Novaspect, Holdings, Inc. where he was the CFO/COO and a prior owner. Mike has been active in the ESOP community and currently serves on five ESOP boards, helping management teams transition their businesses to an employee ownership model.
