Ralph Daniel, PH.D.
Ralph is a business psychologist who specializes in advising owners of closely-held businesses on ways to create “learning companies”, and develop their key employees and managers for company growth and organizational change. He has advised a variety of closely held firms including: construction, mining, transportation, heavy equipment leasing and maintenance firms, high-tech manufacturing, growers and ranchers, hospitality companies, and real estate development and management firms. He advises closely-held business owners to identify and reduce conflict among owners, partners and managers; implement effective succession and governance plans; and create advisory boards and owner forums. Ralph’s office is based at the Santa Barbara Center for Family Business Dynamics.
