Craig Glastetter, P.E., President

Craig is a respected construction industry leader with nearly 30 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale projects across Southern California, with an emphasis on design-build delivery. Known for aligning diverse stakeholders, including public agencies, owners, design teams, and subcontractors, he consistently drives successful outcomes through collaboration, safety, and operational excellence. Craig holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with honors from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Engineering from EPF École d’Ingénieurs in Paris. He is a licensed California professional civil engineer and general engineering contractor, with additional certifications in structural concrete, general building, and safety. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams on billion-dollar infrastructure projects, focusing on innovation and a people-first approach to achieving lasting results.
