Hollywood Burbank Airport Passenger Terminal Replacement Project — TOTAL SIZE: $34M

Delivering infrastructure innovation in a high-stakes, space-constrained environment.

At Blois, we’re proud to be part of the Hollywood Burbank Airport Terminal Replacement Project—a major redevelopment led by the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority. This transformative effort includes a new 14-gate passenger terminal, air cargo and maintenance facilities, a new loop road, parking structures, upgraded AOA security fencing, and realigned taxiways.

We were brought in for one reason: our proven ability to navigate complexity with creativity.

Our scope includes all site utilities beneath and around buildings and roadways—sanitary sewer systems, potable water lines for domestic and fire protection use, and advanced storm drain systems that manage all rainfall on-site, meeting today’s highest environmental standards.

This job brings the kind of challenges we’re built for: tight site constraints that force multiple trades to work in extremely close quarters, aggressive timelines that demand innovative scheduling and sequencing, and constant coordination with the FAA and other agencies due to the proximity to an active airport

This project exemplifies our commitment to building smarter infrastructure. Through close collaboration, rigorous planning, and creative problem-solving, we’re helping deliver a future-ready airport that sets a new benchmark for sustainable, high-performance utility infrastructure.
